Cash Advance Payday Loan – Getting a Bad Credit Loan in Las Vegas, Nevada Subprime Blogger (blog)
14.12.09
In most states, the maximum amount of fees that can be charged for bad credit payday loans are between $15 and $35 for every $100 borrowed. In the state of Nevada bad credit lenders can charge as much as they would like. There is competition out there so these lenders are not going to charge 80 or $100 for every $100 borrowed but there is a chance that they could charge upwards of $40-$50 per $100 borrowed.
With this being the case you are going to end up paying much more in fees and the bad credit payday lender in the state of Nevada. Even though this is the case they are still many bad credit borrowers who plan to use bad credit payday loan lenders in the state of Nevada especially in the city of Las Vegas. It is very important to do your research before deciding which lender to use especially because there are no set maximum fees in the state.
The way the payday loan process works is you will go in and write a post dated check the date you are expected to receive your next paycheck. The amount his paycheck will be the amount you borrow plus fees. If you can not make this payment when your next pay date is then you will have to go back in and write another check in which the fees reset. Each time you miss your payday loan payment you will have to pay more in fees.

cash advance?

Does anyone know of any places online for a quick cash advance?? yes I know they arent good but im not asking for your opinions just an answer to whether there are any places that I can get a quick cash advance??
Need a little info. Do you have a job? a credit card? If you don't have at least one of these, you're probably out of luck unless you have some good/stupid friends
There are places that offer "paycheck loans" which essentially upfront you your paycheck and you have to pay it back when you actually receive it. Unfortunately they are losing propositions and will probably take you further in debt than help you. Most of these loans charge in effect 100-1000% apr. You can find them in the yellow pages under check cashing services
You can do a cash advance if you have a credit card through an ATM which is better than a paycheck loan, but if you can hold out it will be better for your overall

Just do a search for "pay day loans" and I'm sure you'll find lots and lots.

Use a friend's account or ask them to send the money to the place or person that you need to pay
paobay | Jun 27, 2007
Good luck! No back is going to give you a loan with bad credit and no bank account.....
You can try like a payday loan place but your best bet is to borrow from a friend.
Good luck!

Listen very carefully. YOU CAN'T.
You need to have a bank account, minimum. How would someone know you're going to pay them back without a bank account?
Anyone that says they can give you a loan without a bank account is either a loan sharker or a scammer, and you don't want to mess with either. Good luck to you.

How can I take cash out of my credit card without using a cash advance?
Jul 02, 2007 by sruly m | Posted in Credit
I need $3000 cash quick, and I have a $3000 credit limit but a $600 cash advance limit. I also dont wanna pay the cash advance fees?
You can't. Even if you make a purchase and get cash back at the time of the purchase, it's considered a cash advance. Some cards waive the cash advance fee if you get it at the time of a purchase, but you still accrue intereste charges from that point. You would also not be able to get $3000 cash on a credit card with a $3000 credit limit. There is no way around that.

Paypal. Get a friend with paypal and send them the amount of money you want which will be charged to your credit card then they can just withdraw it from their bank acct and give it to you.

One of my cards sends me purchase checks. They look like real checks and you can make them out to yourself to deposit or cash and you pay only the purchase APR -- no cash advance fees or APR.
See if your credit card does this.

How do I get cash advance on a credit card fast?
Oct 29, 2008 by bbbe | Posted in Credit
I would like a cash advance today or tomorrow so what are the steps to do that? Also, would my purchase APR become the cash advance APR or no, it'll stay separated? I just want to make sure on that as well. Thanks.
Go to where you bank and discuss a cash advance loan with them. In emergencies, often a bank is more understanding than you might think .
Sometimes the Salvation Army will pull through as well,if you have one in your area.
Take time to look into your community for support, but some people don't have all the options that come with an understanding community. http://www.americaschoicetoday.com/Payday-Loan.html

Read your account provisions.
src50 | Oct 29, 2008
Take it to an ATM machine, put in your PIN number, and you get cash.
However, I would never, ever do that unless it is an absolutely emergency. You are almost always charged interest the very minute you take out the cash, and you are charged phenomenally high rates.
Are there any other alternatives? I really would not ever take a cash advance, outside of a monumental catastrophe.

Where can i get a cash advance that i can pay back in multiple payments?
Dec 05, 2008 by Ryan R | Posted in Personal Finance
Just wondering where i can get a cash advance that i can pay back in multiple (4-10) payments. Everytime i go to one that says they will it is just a advertising company sending me other places that say they will and then that web site sends me somewhere else. Anything but magnum financial. They charge $150 for every 300 borrowed.
Ryan R, By my experiences, and alot of serious research, you should only work with established, land-based, payday lenders, which many have on-line sites.
Additionally, do not, borrow from more than one payday lender at a time. This is how many people get into trouble with payday loans, by over extending them selves beyond the qualified amount given by a lender. http://www.americaschoicetoday.com/Payday-Loan.html

Don't get a loan from a loan shark please. You'll regret it. Can't you just apply for a credit card instead? That way you'll only pay 20% APR at most instead of the 450-600% APR you'll pay at "check into cash".
pooppants001 | Dec 05, 2008
There is a wesite called www.littleloanshoppe.com that does multiple payments but they are like magnum financial..
Payday loans ar SHORT TERM loans, not line of credit ... They are used for to borrow and pay back on payday.. If you find a company that does multi payments wit hlow fees, let the whole world now...

What happens if a cash advance loan goes unpaid?
Apr 03, 2007 by pretty_girl_tc | Posted in Credit
I have a cash advance loan out and don't have the cash to pay it back. If the post dated check goes through I will be in major debt. I wanted to put a stop payment on my check. What action will the lenders take?
They will probably either send bill collectors after you, or they will pursue legal action.
♥Catherine♥ | Apr 03, 2007
A goon will appear and shoot your kneecaps.
none | Apr 03, 2007
They will take you to collections and keep calling you daily and your references. They may also take to to small claims court after a while to try to get their money. If your worried about bouncing the check and getting in trouble legally, don't be. The payday loan is a loan and nothing more. The only action they can take is the same as if you didn't make your credit card payment.
I hope this helps you. I hate payday loan places, because of their predator loan practices.
smarttrader101 | Apr 03, 2007
They will harras the hell out of you by calling you at your place of employment, at your home. Depending on the size of the loan they may start legal procedures but that is usually for amounts over 1500. If they are one of the kinder ones they will offer for you to pay it in 2 installments as oppossed to the lump sum. If it goes unpaid for 1 full year, they will charge the amount off and sell your account to a collection agency who will probably offer you a settlement of 50 to 70 percent of the balance.
OG | Apr 03, 2007
I hate payday loan places, because of their predator loan practices? What a typical uneducated statement.
It is predatory not predator. What is more predatory? A short term payday loan that charges you a fee of $15 to $25 per $100 loaned for two weeks or a $35 NSF and daily overdrafts that can cause more NSF fees from a bank?
You needed a loan that apparently you were were unable to get from your bank and now you want to forgo paying it back by placing a stop payment on the check. You received a service for a fee and stopping the check for false reasons is fraud.
Depending on who you received your loan with, they could cause you a lot of grief. If they are reputable then you should call them to work out a payment plan (not a rollover option). No lending institution wants a loan to default.
Good luck

What constitutes a cash advance on my credit card?
Jan 19, 2008 by semajcl | Posted in Personal Finance
I just want to know how my statement continues to reflect a cash advance balance when, to my knowledge, we've not used our credit card to obtain hard cash.
the checks that you get in the statement are also cash advance checks but with a lower rate, or if you EVER made a cash advance with your credit card and haven't paid the full balance of that advance, its still going to reflect on your bill. if you are 100% sure you didn't do one, put in a claim and you will get your money back.

How can one use their credit cards to invest without the investment qualifying as a cash advance?
Feb 07, 2007 by Michael P | Posted in Investing
Everybody knows using a credit card at the ATM or bank will qualify the transaction as a cash advance and cash advances carry a rather high rate. However today I heard a bit on the news;how to make money off of the credit card companies rather than them making it off of you. It featured some investment guru who talked about using available balances on credit cards for investments that have a higher rate of return than the credit card carries. I have a 0% until July 2007 with plenty to invest if I decided to do this, but how would I avoid the cash advance rate if it would be regarded as cash? Are there any investments that would list the transaction as a purchase? Please help, I am confused.
First you must make sure you know what you actually have -
is it 0% on purchases or balance transfers?
In neither case, it would not apply to a withdrawal at an ATM - interest kicks in from day 1 - banks are not dumb!
But for instance - if it is on purchases and if you buy something - and then sell it quickly (maybe on Ebay or to a friend?) and use that cash to invest in say, a 3 month CD earning interest - now we are talking.

How do you do a cash advance from a credit card?
Dec 08, 2008 by varys01 | Posted in Credit
Exactly how do you get a credit cards cash advance? I know you go to the ATM, but I don't have a pin number to use.
varys01, Try finding other methods to get the cash first. Payday loan companies offer a great service, but it's not something just anyone should get invovled with. If you do take a loan, pay it back quickly. http://www.americaschoicetoday.com/Payday-Loan.html
